Our European engineers have all gone through higher education in Europe. They speak fluent English and Slovenian. We have colleagues who can communicate in Chinese in both Europe and China. In short, you don't need to worry about communication issues."

Q:​We have many products in our European warehouse that need repair. Can you provide me with a repair quotation?

We currently do not have a standard price list because there are many factors that determine the cost of repair, including the weight, size, quantity, frequency, supply of spare parts, difficulty level, and post-repair handling. These factors will ultimately determine the final repair price. Therefore, we suggest you first communicate with our colleagues. Since we have our own warehouse and engineering team, the repair costs are relatively low.

Q:What are the differences between Slovenia's self-employed investment residence program and Greece's Golden Visa?

The fundamental difference between Slovenia's residence program and Greece's Golden Visa is that the former offers residency rights and benefits comparable to Slovenian citizens, including access to social welfare, while the latter is primarily a visa program. On the other hand, although Greece's Golden Visa program grants residency rights, it is essentially a visa and does not provide the same level of entitlements, such as the ability to purchase pension insurance or access to other social welfare benefits in Greece.

Q:Our customers need a professional product testing and repair report. Can BLS provide such a document?

Yes, our professional engineers can typically quickly identify the cause of the malfunction and provide detailed fault reports and repair suggestions and solutions according to the customer's requirements. We can even provide customers with recommendations for fault prevention and subsequent maintenance of repaired products.

Q:Is Our warehouse is in Germany, but BLS's repair center is in Slovenia. Is Slovenia far from Germany?

Yes, our repair center is very close to Germany. It's only a 4-hour drive from Munich, Germany. You can use DHL or other transportation methods, which are both affordable and fast. Slovenia has lower operating costs, which also allows us to provide more competitive repair quotations.

Q:Our European customers need to return goods. Can they return them directly to BLS's European repair center?

Yes, your customers can return goods directly to our European repair center. However, once your customer initiates the return, we strongly recommend that you provide us with the tracking number for our logistics synchronization. Additionally, we can issue prepaid return labels for your customers. You don't need to return the goods to your European warehouse first, which can help you save on shipping costs.

Q:For items that have been repaired by BLS, can BLS help us label them and resend the goods according to our requirements?

Yes, for BLS customers, we typically provide free services, including labeling the goods for customers and sending them to their specified address (Amazon warehouse or other customers) free of charge. Please note that the shipping costs need to be borne by the customer.

Q:Our customer prefers on-site service rather than shipping the goods back for repair. Can BLS assist with this?

Yes, BLS engineers also provide on-site inspection and repair services as well as other personalized requirements. If you have such needs, please contact BLS to confirm the specific details. BLS will provide a reasonable quotation based on the specific details."
